Hello, I am Chantelle Salt, the founder of THE COLLABORATION Company. I started this business after seeing first hand the significant administration overhead that comes with running a business. When my husband started his Electrical business 4 years ago he would spend countless hours during the evenings and on weekends attending to the office tasks. These hours could have been spent generating new business, improving profitability, attending to clients and (selfishly) spending time with our young family. This sparked something inside of me and I knew then that I needed to follow my passion and take my career in a different direction.
Throughout the last 10+ years I have worked within outsourced Government Information Technology contracts. I have filled roles such as Business Operations Manager of Asia Pacific, Chief of Staff, and Strategic Performance and Project Manager - managing projects in excess of $500M. While I have been fortunate enough to experience great success in these toles, my heart was calling me in a different direction.
I have always been fascinated with the power of planning and organisation. When I was a young child would spend hours colour-coding my belongings and setting up systems for my daily tasks. As I have grown older this has been reinforced, as friends, family and colleagues started asking me to assist with their schedules, projects and personal tasks. There is no denying that my joy comes from assisting others in reaching their goals. Seeing people I believe in accomplish their goals with my help brings me so much satisfaction, and I have now made it my mission to help as many people as I can achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
In addition to my passion for organising and planning, I am also a great listener and communicator. I understand the importance of effective communication in any successful relationship and I am always willing to lend an ear, offer advice and provide support in any way that I can. This is why, here at THE COLLABORATION Company we are flexible with the support that we provide and we understand that it is going to evolve with you and your business.
Overall, I am of the philosophy that a successful relationship achieves a win win outcome for both parties. I am a driven, enthusiastic and dedicated young professional, committed to supporting those reach their full potential and have a great time along the way.
